Indie.Deals operates as a promotional platform where indie makers can submit and showcase their products under different pricing tiers (Free, Pro, and Sponsor), each offering varying levels of visibility and benefits.
Agreement to Terms
This Agreement becomes effective when you first use the Indie.Deals platform, whether submitting a product or browsing listings.
Submission and Display Terms
1. Product Submissions
- All submissions are subject to review and approval
- Free submissions require a backlink to Indie.Deals
- Pro and Sponsor submissions receive enhanced visibility features
- Each submission is evaluated independently
- We reserve the right to reject submissions that don't meet our quality standards
2. Display Duration
- Free listings: Standard listing period with basic visibility
- Pro listings: 30-day featured placement with enhanced visibility
- Sponsor listings: Premium 30-day placement across multiple pages
- All listings must comply with our content guidelines
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed per product submission
- Pricing is based on the selected plan (Free, Pro: $49, Sponsor: $99)
- Sponsor slots are subject to availability and scheduling
- Additional services (like reviews) are priced separately
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, purchases made on Indie.Deals are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once access is granted.

- You retain all rights to your product and content
- You grant Indie.Deals permission to display and promote your submission
- We may use your submission for marketing purposes
We reserve the right to:

- Adjust pricing for future submissions
- Remove listings that violate our terms

User Responsibilities

Promotional Content
- We may include affiliate links in listings
- Social media and newsletter promotions are provided as specified in Pro and Sponsor plans
- Additional promotional services may be available for purchase
Disclaimer and Limitations
- We don't guarantee specific results from listings
- We're not responsible for sales or transactions between users and customers
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the submission
- We don't guarantee specific placement positions except for Sponsor slots
Privacy and Data
- We collect and use data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- We may send promotional emails about your listing and platform updates
- You can opt out of non-essential communications
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. By using Indie.Deals, you acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Indie.Deals.
